[Bronchial anaplastic small-cell carcinoma. A balance sheet and therapeutic update].

A review of small cell carcinoma of the lung is presented. Best results are obtained by a combination of chemotherapy and radiotherapy. The authors present a new modality of alternating combination. In spite of therapeutical improvements reached in the last years long-term results are still poor.
