Abstract
Results obtained via computed tomography in 37 cases of osseous destruction in 14 patients with histiocytosis X, are analysed in this article. The CT image yielded independent of the site of manifestation the representation of purely lytical osseous destruction; the sclerosing margins, which did not show any enhancement in serial CT, were either absent or more or less prominent. There was no paraosseous tumour growth in any of the examined cases.

本文分析了通过计算机断层扫描获得的14例组织细胞增多症X患者37处骨质破坏的结果。CT图像显示，无论病变部位如何，均表现为单纯溶骨性骨质破坏；硬化边缘在系列CT中无强化，要么不存在，要么或多或少较为明显。所有检查病例均未出现骨旁肿瘤生长。
