Abstract
We report a case of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage due to ascaris in young patient. She presented with hematemesis. Endoscopically ascaris lumbricoides was seen in the duodenum.

我们报告一例年轻患者因蛔虫导致上消化道出血的病例。她表现为呕血。内镜检查发现十二指肠内有蛔虫。
