On the basis of an analysis of remote results of a tight suture of the common bile duct within the period of from 1,5 to 20 years in 115 of 230 patients the authors describe indications and contraindications to this variation of finishing choledochotomy. Good remote results were obtained in 75,6% of patients, satisfactory results--in 9,5% and bad results in 14,8%.
基于对230例患者中115例在1.5至20年期间胆总管紧密缝合远期结果的分析，作者描述了这种胆总管切开术术式的适应证和禁忌证。75.6%的患者获得了良好的远期结果，9.5%的患者结果满意，14.8%的患者结果不佳。
