Simultaneous study of the pial arterial responses and quantitative changes of the systemic arterial pressure, as well as of the PO2, pH and PCO2 on the brain surface, showed no correlation between the values and time of changes of the above parameters in rabbits. The vascular responses are concluded not to be caused by the direct action of either the changes of the intravascular pressure, or of the mentioned metabolites on the arterial walls, but rather to be due to another, probably nervous, feedback mechanism.
同时对软脑膜动脉反应、体循环动脉压的定量变化以及脑表面的PO2、pH和PCO2进行研究,结果表明,在兔子中,上述参数的变化值与变化时间之间没有相关性。得出的结论是,血管反应不是由血管内压力变化或上述代谢产物对动脉壁的直接作用引起的,而是由于另一种可能是神经的反馈机制。
