A computer analysis of 102 history cases of pediatric neuroblastoma of different localization established certain factors significantly influencing prognosis in this disease. Such factors as treatment modality, stage, patient's age, site and histogenetic pattern of tumor corresponded to the following values of conjugacy coefficient-0.01, 0.02 and 0.05. Treatment modality is of the highest importance. It should be complex and include radiation treatment, surgery and chemotherapy. Radiation treatment (focal dose of not less than 25 Gy) should be supported by combination polychemotherapy. Indications for surgery should be based on stage.
对102例不同部位小儿神经母细胞瘤的病史病例进行计算机分析，确定了某些对该疾病预后有显著影响的因素。治疗方式、分期、患者年龄、肿瘤部位和组织发生模式等因素对应的共轭系数值分别为-0.01、0.02和0.05。治疗方式最为重要。治疗应综合进行，包括放射治疗、手术和化疗。放射治疗（局部剂量不少于25 Gy）应辅以联合多药化疗。手术指征应基于分期。
