Abstract

The elements of design of the keyhole pattern of Wise for breast reduction are analyzed, with particular attention to preventing a too-high nipple and to calculating the length of the submammary fold scar. The influence of the distribution of thin, stretchy skin on the breast before and after mammaplasty is discussed.
