Abstract

Neurovascular free flaps from the dorsum of the foot provide not only full-thickness cover with innervation but also rich blood supply to the damaged part. This report describes our experience with seven instances of free dorsalis pedis flap transfers applied for restoring sensation to the mutilated hand. The dorsalis pedis free flaps have advantages in reconstruction of the mutilated hand, when no local island tissues are available for transfer.

来自足背的神经血管游离皮瓣不仅能提供带神经支配的全层覆盖，还能为受损部位提供丰富的血液供应。本报告描述了我们应用七例游离足背皮瓣移植来恢复手部毁损感觉的经验。当没有局部岛状组织可供转移时，游离足背皮瓣在手部毁损重建中具有优势。
