Insulinotropic action of glucose after a glucose tolerance test and fructose after a fructose tolerance test as well as insulinotropic and hypoglycemic effects of diamicron were examined in 21 patients with type II diabetes mellitus. The data obtained indicate that insulinotropic and hyperglycemic activity of fructose yields to that of glucose. Apart from increasing insulin concentration in the blood, diamicron enhances glucose utilization at the periphery.
在21例II型糖尿病患者中,检测了葡萄糖耐量试验后葡萄糖的促胰岛素作用、果糖耐量试验后果糖的促胰岛素作用以及达美康的促胰岛素和降血糖作用。所获得的数据表明,果糖的促胰岛素和升血糖活性低于葡萄糖。除了增加血液中的胰岛素浓度外,达美康还能增强外周组织对葡萄糖的利用。
