Abstract
With the new national emphasis on the prevention of occupationally incurred disease, legislative constraints have been placed in connection with the medical examination of employed persons at health risk. Concurrently, there is mandated a system of communication to the worker of the significant clinical findings encountered on his physical and laboratory inventories.

随着国家对职业疾病预防的新重视，在对有健康风险的就业人员进行医学检查方面已经实施了立法限制。同时，规定了一个向工人通报其身体检查和实验室检查中发现的重大临床结果的制度。
