A case of recurrent renovascular hypertension is described in a patient with a solitary kidney successfully treated as an emergency for acute renal failure and unresponsive hypertension, by renal autotransplantation in the right iliac fossa. The results suggests that renal autotransplantation is a safe and reliable procedure in correcting particularly difficult renal vascular diseases where, due to the presence of a solitary kidney, all possible causes of technical failure of revascularization should be avoided.
本文描述了一例复发性肾血管性高血压患者，该患者为单肾，因急性肾衰竭和难治性高血压作为急症成功接受了右髂窝自体肾移植治疗。结果表明，自体肾移植是纠正特别困难的肾血管疾病的一种安全可靠的方法，在这种情况下，由于存在单肾，应避免所有可能导致血管重建技术失败的原因。
