This is a case report of a localized amyloidosis of the ureter presented with gross hematuria. Amyloidosis of the ureter is a rare entity and 21 cases have been collected from the Japanese and English literature. It is believed to be difficult to diagnose before surgery and almost all the cases were treated by nephrectomy. After malignancy was denied, autotransplantation combined with psoas hitch procedure was carried out in order to preserve the kidney. This is the second case of ureter amyloidosis treated by autotransplantation. Amyloidosis was confirmed with Congo red stain and electronmicroscopy of which characteristics is discussed in detail.
这是一例以肉眼血尿为表现的输尿管局限性淀粉样变性的病例报告。输尿管淀粉样变性是一种罕见疾病，已从日文和英文文献中收集到21例。据信在手术前很难诊断，几乎所有病例均采用肾切除术治疗。在排除恶性肿瘤后，为保留肾脏进行了自体肾移植联合腰大肌悬吊术。这是第二例采用自体肾移植治疗的输尿管淀粉样变性病例。通过刚果红染色和电子显微镜检查确诊为淀粉样变性，并对其特征进行了详细讨论。
