The survey covers the diabetic autonome neuropathy. After a general introduction, discussing the history, incidence, histological characteristics, pathogenesis and some of the diagnostic methods of diabetic neurovegetopathy , some problems, not sufficintly known in the clinical practice of the neurovegetopathy of the ga tro -intestinal and excretory systems were discussed. The survey contributes to the more thorough knowledge of that relatively rare complication of diabetes and to its more effective treatment.
