Abstract
Hyperplastic endocrine cells of the pancreas occurred in small cohesive clusters with focal glandular arrangement in a fine needle aspirate. They showed pale, filmy, ill-defined cytoplasm and round to oval, slightly hyperchromatic nuclei with small nucleoli.
