Abstract
The transurethral ultrasound tomography represents an important addition to the spectrum of diagnostic means for vesical tumors. On the basis of the comparisons between sonographic and histopathologic staging of 26 cystectomy specimens there was agreement in 20 cases. So far, limiting factors have proved to be the restricted penetration depth of the ultrasound probe used and the evaluation of the bladder outlet, which is possible to only a limited extent, even with retrograde transducers.
摘要
经尿道超声断层扫描是膀胱肿瘤诊断方法的一个重要补充。根据对26例膀胱切除标本的超声检查和组织病理学分期的比较，20例结果一致。到目前为止，限制因素已被证明是所用超声探头的穿透深度有限，以及对膀胱出口的评估，即使使用逆行换能器，在这方面也只能在有限程度上进行评估。
