Two cases of severe hepatic parenchymal injury are presented. One case can be attributed to pyridinol carbamate with certainty, and this drug was probably the cause of hepatic injury in the second case. Pyridinol carbamate should be added to the list of drugs which are known to cause parenchymal liver damage.
本文报告了两例严重肝实质损伤病例。其中一例可明确归因于抗坏血酸吡啶酯，该药物可能也是第二例肝损伤的病因。抗坏血酸吡啶酯应被列入已知可导致肝实质损伤的药物清单中。
