Determinations of estrogen concentration in urine or serum for estimation of follicle maturity is a precondition for treatment with gonadotropines. -- Both methods determination are retrospectively compared in 22 cases. Only the RIA-method of 17 beta-estradiol determination is capable to recognize an overstimulation with a high rate of reliability, because the evidence of total estrogens in urine lags behind. Clinical tests such as Insler-score don't indicate chemical overstimulation.
测定尿液或血清中的雌激素浓度以评估卵泡成熟度是使用促性腺激素治疗的前提条件。——对22例患者的两种测定方法进行回顾性比较。只有17β-雌二醇的放射免疫分析方法能够以高可靠性识别过度刺激，因为尿液中总雌激素的检测滞后。像Insler评分这样的临床检查并不能表明化学性过度刺激。
