A case is presented of cervical myelopathy with acute posttraumatic onset, due to ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament. This disease is rare outside Japan. The progressive ossification appears to be secondary to multiple ankylosing degenerative discopathies.
本文报告一例因后纵韧带骨化导致急性创伤后发病的颈椎病脊髓病。这种疾病在日本以外地区很少见。进行性骨化似乎继发于多发性强直性退行性椎间盘病。
