Computer tomographic (12 cases) and sonographic (10 cases) examinations were carried out in patients with malignant lymphomas of the stomach, both for primary diagnosis and follow-up. The intraluminal and extraluminal extension of the disease and the involvement of various parts of the stomach could be well demonstrated. During follow-up, the effect of radiation and chemotherapy was observed particularly well by computed tomography.
对胃癌恶性淋巴瘤患者进行了计算机断层扫描（12例）和超声检查（10例），用于初步诊断和随访。疾病的腔内和腔外扩展以及胃各部位的受累情况均能得到很好的显示。在随访期间，通过计算机断层扫描能特别清楚地观察到放疗和化疗的效果。
