Abstract

The virulence and toxigenicity of newly isolated P. aeruginosa strains have been studied in experiments on white mice. These biological properties have been shown to be most pronounced in P. aeruginosa strains isolated from proteins, sometimes greatly exceeding those in strains isolated from healthy persons and the environment. Virulence and the factors which determine it are definitely interrelated in microorganisms and can vary, depending on the conditions of their habitat.

在对白鼠进行的实验中,对新分离出的铜绿假单胞菌菌株的毒力和产毒性进行了研究。结果表明,这些生物学特性在从蛋白质中分离出的铜绿假单胞菌菌株中最为明显,有时大大超过从健康人和环境中分离出的菌株。毒力及其决定因素在微生物中肯定是相互关联的,并且会根据其栖息地条件而有所不同。
