The effect of pH on the cysteine content in the model solution containing 17 L-amino acids and D-sorbitol, as well as the effect of traditional antioxidants potassium metabisulfite and ascorbic acid on the cysteine stability were studied. Optimal conditions for cysteine stabilization in aqueous solutions of amino acids, available for parenteral protein feeding, were found.
研究了pH值对含有17种L-氨基酸和D-山梨醇的模型溶液中半胱氨酸含量的影响，以及传统抗氧化剂焦亚硫酸钾和抗坏血酸对半胱氨酸稳定性的影响。发现了可用于肠胃外蛋白质喂养的氨基酸水溶液中半胱氨酸稳定化的最佳条件。
