Abstract
A case is reported of arteriovenous fistula of the anterior tibial vessels following a spiral fracture of the tibia treated conservatively. The fistula was operated on at the seventh month, after bony union had occurred and the artery was repaired by a venous graft.

报告了1例胫骨螺旋骨折保守治疗后发生胫前血管动静脉瘘的病例。该瘘在第7个月进行手术，此时骨折已骨性愈合，采用静脉移植修复动脉。
