[The neuroradiological diagnosis of haemangioblastomas of the spinal canal (author's transl)].

Modern neuroradiological methods of examination, particularly selective spinal arteriography have been of great importance in five cases seen by the author. Myelography and angiography produce a fairly uniform and typical picture which permits a pre-operative diagnosis. Problems in the differential diagnosis and errors in diagnosis are discussed.
