A net of yellow reticular ledges with red pseudoatrophic areas in between developes on both cheeks of a 16 years old boy, increasing since about 4 years. Additionally there are some milia and comedones. Histologically large amounts of elastic material are to be seen in the interfollicular spaces. This material does not perforate the epidermis. The boy's mother has similar but less pronounced skin changes.
一名16岁男孩的双颊出现由黄色网状凸起构成的皮疹，其间有红色假性萎缩区域，约4年来逐渐增多。此外还有一些粟丘疹和粉刺。组织学检查显示，在毛囊间区域可见大量弹性物质。该物质未穿透表皮。男孩的母亲有类似但不太明显的皮肤变化。
