Abstract
Experimental conditions for preparation of plasma and the interference of the heparin (liquemine) on the somatomedin bioassay were studied. Results showed the significant inhibitory effect of liquemine, increasing with the delay before centrifugation, on the interpretation of the results of the assay.

研究了血浆制备的实验条件以及肝素（立止血）对生长调节素生物测定的干扰。结果显示，立止血对测定结果的解读具有显著抑制作用，且随着离心前时间延迟而增强。
