Carcinoid tumors are rare and mainly found in the G.I. tractus but also in the tracheobronchial tree and ovaries. The testicular localization, primary or metastatic, is rare. The authors report a primary carcinoid tumor of the testis in a 35 years old male. The tumor characteristics are well enough known from the literature. Primary carcinoid tumors of the testis appear to be of a low grade malignancy. Local therapy suffices for care of the patient as long as, on microscopic examination, it is not an expression of a teratocarcinoma. The diagnosis is made by the discovery of a tumor since the carcinoid syndrome is seldom in the clinical picture (only 2 cases in the literature, one of whom with generalized metastasis).
类癌肿瘤罕见，主要见于胃肠道，但也见于气管支气管树和卵巢。睾丸定位的类癌肿瘤，无论是原发性还是转移性，均很罕见。作者报告了一名35岁男性的睾丸原发性类癌肿瘤。该肿瘤的特征在文献中已有充分记载。睾丸原发性类癌肿瘤似乎恶性程度较低。只要在显微镜检查中不是畸胎癌的表现，局部治疗就足以照顾患者。诊断是通过发现肿瘤做出的，因为类癌综合征在临床表现中很少见（文献中仅有2例，其中1例有全身转移）。
