The effect of lipid peroxidation (LPO) induced by Fe2+ and linoleic acid hydroperoxides in intact cells on the rate of DNA synthesis was investigated. It was found that intensification of LPO is accompanied by a decrease of DNA synthesis rate. Under effects of linoleic acid hydroperoxides, the repression of DNA synthesis is enhanced.
研究了完整细胞中由Fe2+和亚油酸氢过氧化物诱导的脂质过氧化(LPO)对DNA合成速率的影响。发现LPO的增强伴随着DNA合成速率的降低。在亚油酸氢过氧化物的作用下,DNA合成的抑制作用增强。
