Current concepts in reproductive toxicology.

Data in recent decades suggest that reproductive impairment in humans and laboratory animals is associated with exposure to certain chemicals and physical agents, the significance of which has not been clearly defined. The epidemiologic and anecdotal human data suggest that the association or correlation is coincidental or causative. Extensive research is necessary to establish causality.
