Abstract
"Epileptic nystagmus" unaccompanied by other ictal phenomena is rare. We report four new cases confirmed by ictal EEG and video or cine recording in which nystagmus was a prominent and sometimes the only clinical manifestation of the seizures. The ictal EEG showed a parietal focus in three instances and generalized spike-wave activity in one.

不伴有其他发作期现象的“癫痫性眼球震颤”较为罕见。我们报告了4例经发作期脑电图及视频或电影记录确诊的新病例，其中眼球震颤是发作的突出表现，有时是唯一的临床表现。发作期脑电图在3例中显示顶叶病灶，1例显示广泛性棘波-慢波活动。
