Abstract
The outcome in a case of esophagopericardiac fistula due to a closed chest injury was spontaneously favorable, the absence of infective complications probably resulting from adequate antibiotic therapy.

一例因闭合性胸部损伤导致的食管心包瘘患者，其预后自发良好，未出现感染性并发症可能得益于充分的抗生素治疗。
