[Involvement of diaphragmatic lymph nodes in Hodgkin's disease].

The authors report on a case of Hodgkin's disease with enlargement of diaphragmal lymph nodes. Detailed attention is paid to the anatomy, radiological diagnosis and differential diagnosis of these mediastinal lymph nodes. The clinical importance of this group of lymph nodes in Hodgkin's disease and in non-Hodgkin lymphomas is discussed.
