The effect of the antispasmodic agent, SA-504 subtle granules, was studied. Ninety mg per day of timepidium bromide subtle granules was given orally to 17 patients with renal or ureteral calculi for no less than fourteen days. SA-504 subtle granules as well as the capsule showed good antispasmodic effect and stimulated spontaneous passage of ureteral calculi. No subjective or objective side effects were observed.
对解痉剂SA - 504微丸的效果进行了研究。将每日90毫克的溴替吡地微丸口服给予17例肾或输尿管结石患者，疗程不少于14天。SA - 504微丸和胶囊均显示出良好的解痉效果，并促进输尿管结石的自行排出。未观察到主观或客观的副作用。
