Abstract
In this study, anti - lens antibody and auto - antibody levels have been searched in the sera and aqueous of 69 patients with different kind of senile cataract and 9 patients with complicated cataract after glaucoma, and in sera of 50 healthy persons as control group. Antibody levels were not significant in patients with cataract.

在本研究中，检测了69例不同类型老年性白内障患者和9例青光眼后并发白内障患者血清及房水中的抗晶状体抗体和自身抗体水平，并以50例健康人血清作为对照组。白内障患者的抗体水平无显著差异。
