Abstract
Two cases of generalized syringomata showing an uncommon dissemination and density of tumors particularly on thighs, back and abdomen, are demonstrated. Clinically there is similarity with urticaria pigmentosa adultorum. Histological investigation is essential for clinical diagnosis.
