Results of the surgical treatment of 168 patients with acute ulcer hemorrhage are analyzed. The main type of operation was gastric resection (87,0%), vagotomy with organ-preserving operations being also used. Total postoperative lethality was 8,3%.

对168例急性溃疡出血患者的手术治疗结果进行了分析。主要手术方式为胃切除术（87.0%），也采用了保留器官的迷走神经切断术。术后总死亡率为8.3%。
