A study of 63 schizophrenic females with jealousy delirium has shown that the disease differs from that in males by the type of its course, premorbid characteristics, the time of the development of jealousy delusion, and its duration. The patients who have broken the law also differ from control patients with regard to personality changes, the acuteness of psychological symptomatology and specific features of delirious behaviour.
一项针对63名患有嫉妒妄想的精神分裂症女性患者的研究表明，该疾病在病程类型、病前特征、嫉妒妄想出现的时间及其持续时间方面与男性患者的疾病有所不同。违法患者在人格变化、心理症状的严重程度以及妄想行为的具体特征方面也与对照患者存在差异。
