[Protein of membrane-bound liver ribosomes changing after exposure of an organism to various factors].

Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to examine the protein composition of membrane-bound ribosomes from mouse liver upon exposure to different influences, e.g., cell transplantation, cold stress, injections of heterogeneous proteins and cytotoxic non-protein substances, etc. Significant changes in the protein (Mr 50 000) structure occurring immediately after the exposure and depending on its nature were revealed.
