[Sarcomatoid carcinoma of the kidney].

Sarcomatoid renal carcinoma is an uncommon renal malignancy with an aggressive biological behaviour and very poor survival rate. We treated lately 4 patients, three of which died shortly after the operation. The case reports are presented and the histology and the clinical implications are discussed.
