[Minimal change glomerulonephritis, diffuse mesangioproliferative glomerulonephritis and focal and segmental glomerular sclerosis and hyalinosis].

A hypothesis is proposed, according to which the glomerulonephritis with minimum changes, the diffuse mesangioproliferative glomerulonephritis of the focal and segmental glomerular sclerosis and hyalinosis are stages in the development of one and the same glomerulonephritis--idiopathic nephrosis syndrome. The grounds of that presumption are searched in the characteristics of immune pathogenesis, morphological picture and clinical manifestations in the patients with those three clinical-morphological variants of glomerulonephritis.
