A hypothesis is proposed, according to which the glomerulonephritis with minimum changes, the diffuse mesangioproliferative glomerulonephritis of the focal and segmental glomerular sclerosis and hyalinosis are stages in the development of one and the same glomerulonephritis--idiopathic nephrosis syndrome. The grounds of that presumption are searched in the characteristics of immune pathogenesis, morphological picture and clinical manifestations in the patients with those three clinical-morphological variants of glomerulonephritis.
提出了一种假说，据此认为微小病变型肾小球肾炎、局灶节段性肾小球硬化和透明变性的弥漫性系膜增生性肾小球肾炎是同一肾小球肾炎——特发性肾病综合征发展过程中的不同阶段。该假说的依据可从患有这三种临床病理类型的肾小球肾炎患者的免疫发病机制特点、形态学表现及临床表现中探寻。
