In plastic operations of the fornix the most important part of the reconstruction in cases without defect of the subconjunctival planes is to cover the defect with a plastic to make impossible the formation of symblepharon and to permit the spontaneous epithelialisation of the fornix. We operated on seven patients with this method and we always obtained very good fornix.
在穹窿的整形手术中，对于结膜下平面无缺损的病例，重建的最重要部分是用整形材料覆盖缺损，以防止睑球粘连的形成，并使穹窿能够自然上皮化。我们用这种方法对7例患者进行了手术，总是获得了非常好的穹窿效果。
