Abstract
14 cases of pheochromocytoma were investigated by CT including two of them in full detail. The morphology of pheochromocytoma and the changing CT picture with increasing tumor size are discussed. Diagnostic procedure and usefulness of CT as well as differential diagnosis of adrenal tumors are pointed out. Adrenal and extra-adrenal localization of pheochromocytoma and signs of their malignant degeneration are demonstrated.

对14例嗜铬细胞瘤进行了CT检查，其中2例进行了详细检查。讨论了嗜铬细胞瘤的形态以及随着肿瘤增大CT图像的变化。指出了CT的诊断程序和效用以及肾上腺肿瘤的鉴别诊断。展示了嗜铬细胞瘤的肾上腺和肾上腺外定位及其恶性变的征象。
