[Computed tomographic diagnosis of thromboses of the splenic, superior mesenteric and portal veins].

In a 66-year-old patient with symptoms of subileus, thrombosis of the portal, superior mesenteric and splenic veins was detected by computed tomography. After anticoagulation the patient became symptomfree. In a follow-up CT no further thrombosis was visible.
