[Primary evaluation of the severity of combined cranio-cerebral trauma complicated by shock].

In order to evaluate severity of the brain trauma the authors used such criteria as the state of the patient's consciousness, systolic arterial pressure level, character of external signs of the brain and skull trauma as well as the patient's response to the antishock therapy used at the prehospital stage.
