Abstract

Avascular necrosis of the femoral head after fractures of the major or minor trochanter have not been published yet. We are able to present such a casereport of a 12 years old girl. We discuss the different reasons for femoral head necrosis by this case.

大转子或小转子骨折后股骨头缺血性坏死的情况尚未见报道。我们现报告一例12岁女孩的相关病例。我们将通过该病例探讨股骨头坏死的不同原因。
