[Odontogenic trigeminal neuralgia].

On the basis of examining 65 patients in whom neuralgia of the trigeminal nerve was associated with pathology of the dento-maxillary system, the authors have developed differential diagnostic criteria and the pathogenetically substantiated treatment of odontogenic neuralgia of the trigeminal nerve.
