Abstract
6 cases of small bowel secondary tumours, appearing with the picture of an intestinal obstruction, are shown. The etiologic diagnosis of the obstruction was only possible at the moment of the surgical operation, urgently performed. The seriousness of the prognosis of such tumours is emphasized, as well as the fact that their diagnosis is often interoperative.

展示了6例小肠继发性肿瘤，均表现为肠梗阻症状。只有在紧急进行外科手术时才能对梗阻进行病因诊断。强调了此类肿瘤预后的严重性，以及其诊断往往在手术过程中才能明确这一事实。
