A case of leiomyoma of the small bowel which growth in the mesentery is reported. After review of the late literature, the Authors prove that this tumor is rare. The clinical examination and the simptoms associated with this neoplasm are aspecific for many months, so that X-ray as well as other complementary examinations are often necessary for the diagnosis.
报道了一例生长于肠系膜的小肠平滑肌瘤病例。在查阅近期文献后，作者证实该肿瘤较为罕见。临床检查以及与该肿瘤相关的症状在数月内都不具有特异性，因此X线检查以及其他辅助检查对于诊断往往是必要的。
