The Authors present a case report on a spinal hemangiopericytoma histologically confirmed. The patient's first complaint was pain in the right upper limb. Myelography showed signs of an extradural cervical tumour. Spinal hemangiopericytoma is quite a rare affection, only 30 cases are described in literature (included the one presented in this paper).
