The examination of 56 patients with psychoses following closed commissurotomy (in 1,24% of cases), open commissurotomy (in 3,22%) and prosthetics of heart valves (in 9,1%) enabled the authors to conclude that they are caused by hypercoagulative phase of the disseminated intravascular coagulation of blood.
对56例接受闭合性连合部切开术(占病例的1.24%)、开放性连合部切开术(占3.22%)和心脏瓣膜置换术(占9.1%)后出现精神病的患者进行检查后,作者得出结论,这些精神病是由血液弥散性血管内凝血的高凝阶段引起的。
