A group of 15 patients who underwent bilateral medial rectus muscle recession for esodeviation were analyzed for factors most closely correlated with the outcome. The data evaluated included age of onset of strabismus, refractive error, year of surgery, age of surgery, sex, preoperative esodeviation, and clinical assessment of preoperative heterophoria. Linear regression analysis was used to evaluate the relationships of these parameters. Computer-assisted logistic regression analysis and discriminant analysis were used to asses predictive variables for a postoperative increase in the AC/A ratio.
对一组15例因内斜视接受双侧内直肌后徙术的患者进行分析，以找出与手术结果最密切相关的因素。评估的数据包括斜视发病年龄、屈光不正、手术年份、手术年龄、性别、术前内斜视以及术前隐斜的临床评估。采用线性回归分析来评估这些参数之间的关系。使用计算机辅助逻辑回归分析和判别分析来评估术后AC/A比率增加的预测变量。
